114學年度海外攬才子女專班錄取公告，名單詳如附件。

1. 報到說明：7/10早上9點至11點請至陽明高中研發處(活動中心2樓)報到，為完成錄取程序，請依下列說明於指定時間內完成報到及資料驗證作業，逾期未報到者，將視同放棄錄取資格。
2. 報到時需攜帶以下資料正本:
   (1)入學申請表
   (2)學生二吋脫帽半身正面照片
   (3)實驗教育同意書
   (4)申請學生之身分證或居留證及護照
   (5)家長（監護人）之居留證、工作簽證及護照
   (6)申請學生及其家長（監護人）之親屬關係證明文件
   (7)申請學生之家長（監護人）工作證明（擇一）
   (a)就業金卡
   (b)服務單位聘函或在職證明書影本及勞工保險卡影本或勞保入保證明，以上兩者皆須加蓋公司關防章。
   (c)「境外優秀科學技術人才子女來臺就學辦法」對象之子女，請檢附教育部核可之文件。
   (8)最近兩年成績單乙份，成績單需蓋學校證明戳章以玆證明（如果為「雙語教育班及語言教育班學生」，請原學校加註證明。）
   (9)就讀教育部「完善我國海外攬才政策就學配套實施計畫」辦理之公立國民中學設置轉銜課程計畫雙語教育班及語言教育班之近兩年成績單及就學證明文件影本乙份。（無則免附）

1. Check-in Instructions:
   (1) Admitted students are required to report to the Research and Development Division of Yang Ming High School on July 10th, between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Please bring the original copies of the documents submitted during the online application for verification. Failure to complete the check-in and verification process will be regarded as a forfeiture of admission.

2. Documents Required at Check-in (Originals Only):
   (1)Application Form for Admission.
   (2)One recent 2-inch color ID photo (bareheaded, front-facing upper body).
   (3)Consent Form for Participation in Experimental Education.
   (4)Student’s ID card or residence permit and passport (for foreign nationals).
   (5)Parents’ (guardian’s) residence permit, work permit, and passport.
   (6)Proof of the parent-child relationship.
   (7)Parents’ (guardian’s) employment certification (any of the following):
   a) Employment Gold Card.
   b) Letter of employment or proof of current employment and a copy of the labor insurance card or insurance registration certificate, both stamped with the company seal.
   c) For children qualifying under the “Regulations Governing Education for Children of Outstanding Overseas Science and Technology Talent,” relevant documents approved by the Ministry of Education.
   (8)One copy of the student’s transcript for the past two years, stamped by the school for authenticity. (For “bilingual and language education class students,” certification from the original school is required.)
   (9)A copy of the academic transcript and proof of enrollment for the past two years for students enrolled in bilingual or language education programs under the Ministry of Education’s “Overseas Talent Recruitment Policy” (not required if unavailable).
